Outreach Housing is a grassroots organization comprised of several teams including mortgage compliance and regulation analysts, legal support groups and processors that can deliver a counter offensive attack for homeowners facing the threat of foreclosure.
Outreach Housing is a service provider, which protects the equity interest and credit of homeowners. The Organization has aligned it efforts with a nationwide network of attorneys and a state-of-the-art data system. The services of the firm provide the homeowner with an affirmative offense to fend off aggressive mortgage lenders who have violated the homeowners rights.
Outreach Housing will first pinpoint inaccuracies in the lending process as they pertain to you the homeowner. By analyzing and investigating lending inaccuracies, the homeowner can hold a mortgage company accountable for the violations. Outreach Housing has found that the lenders have a huge hand in a multitude of mistakes that have lead to the massive rise in foreclosure rates; the firm will apply fifty years of mortgage knowledge and will coordinate the legal expertise to spotlight these errors as a mitigating offense for the homeowner.
